We are proud to present Japan’s newest large-scale international drag show, OPULENCE!
The first OPULENCE will take place at Zepp DiverCity on Saturday, January 7, 2023, welcoming guests from hit TV show RuPaul’s Drag Race.

<Upon Purchase on Zaiko>

･Zaiko tickets are digital e-tickets.
  Please prepare a smartphone or tablet that can connect to the Internet, and show the ticket screen to the entrance staff.
  You can access the ticket screen from the URL in the e-mail sent after the purchase.
･Member registration is required to purchase tickets on the ZAIKO website. 

Please note the following:

·In addition to the ticket, you have to pay for one drink when you enter the venue.
·Those under 18 are not permitted to enter.
·The line-up of performers is subject to change. In case of line-up changes, tickets will not be refunded.
·1st floor ticketholders will enter by ticket number.
- Resale for profit is prohibited.
·No alcohol or drunk people will be allowed to enter.
·Those who fail to comply with the complete rules will be expelled or refused entry if they cause inconvenience to other customers.
·If you are refused entry or ejected from the venue, we will not refund the ticket price under any circumstances.

<Information for customers>
In consideration of the prevention of new coronavirus infection, we are planning to hold the event with the following contents.
However, please note that depending on the future situation, we may inform you of cancellation or postponement.
For those who are planning to visit, please read, understand, and cooperate with the infectious disease prevention measures described below.

<Precautions for preventing the spread of coronavirus infection>
･On the day of the performance, please check your own temperature before departure and make sure that your body temperature is less than 37.5℃ before arriving.
･In the name of visitor management, you may be asked to register using the event visitor registration form.
･ At the entrance of the venue, all visitors will be asked to cooperate with temperature measurement and hand disinfection.
･Those who fall under any of the following categories will be refused entry on the day of the event even if they have a ticket. If you are not feeling well, please do not overdo it.
* Those who are currently experiencing symptoms of infectious diseases including the new coronavirus
* Those who have had contact with a person who has been confirmed to be positive for the new coronavirus infection within 2 weeks
*Those who have been tested positive for the new coronavirus, or who have been instructed to stay at home by a doctor.
*Those who have traveled to a country or region in the past 14 days where the government has imposed immigration restrictions or an observation period after entering the country, or have had close contact with residents of the country or region.
*Those who have had cold symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, fatigue, diarrhea, or have symptoms such as loss of taste or smell in the last 14 days.
*Those who have a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher when the temperature is measured at the time of admission
*Those who do not bring a mask or who cannot wear a mask at the venue
*Those who do not follow the instructions of the organizer / venue staff

Program/performance:
･When lining up, please keep a distance between customers. Please be aware of this especially if you are traveling with others.
･You will be asked to wear a mask at all times from the time you line up in the entrance line until you leave the venue after the performance. Please bring your own mask.
･Please refrain from talking with other people in the venue as much as possible.
･As a measure to prevent scattering of saliva, etc., it is prohibited to call out or make other noises.
･During the performance, the venue will always be kept in a well-ventilated state, and in some cases the venue doors may be left open.
･After leaving, please move quickly without staying in the common areas of the building.
